But, there's still the laziness factor. That's not going anywhere, so I figured a few low effort options in the cupboard wouldn't go astray. I don't usually go for pre-prepared jars or cans when cooking so we took a gamble on this Ayam Green Curry. It's actually really good!
|Voila! Quick and easy curry|
Michael actually preferred it to the last green curry I made from scratch- guess I won't waste my time with making if from raw ingredients again! As easy as; pour the contents of the can in to a saucepan, add diced chicken, simmer for about 10 minutes, add a few fresh veggies and a handful of coriander to simmer for another few minutes, serve on rice. Can't go wrong!
